Pearl Care
The standard rule of pearls: they should be the last thing you put on in the morning, and the first thing you take off at night. Your pearls are fragile and should not be exposed to things such as lotion, hair spray, soap, or other items that could compromise the pearl by either scratching it or ruining the dye on the colored pearls.

Natural Colored Pearls can be treated with mineral oil.
Colored pearls however should not be exposed to any liquid as they are dyed pearls carry the color only in the outer layers of the pearl which can be rubbed off. We are not liable if the pearl loses color once in your possession, as this is a direct result of how the pearl is cared for.

Cup/Tumbler Care
Each cup/tumbler is handwash only. Do not soak in water. Because each cup/tumbler has a decal that are not dishwasher safe. Cups/tumblers are not microwave safe. If your cup comes with a bamboo lid, dry it right after washing.
Shipping Time
Pearl Jewelry:
Shipping time is approx. 2-4 weeks. Each jewelry item is hand set made to order.
Cups and tumblers:
Shipping time is approx. 3-4 days as they are ready to ship. If purchased with pearl jewelry, it will ship all at one time.
MandaBears:
Estimated shipping time for our bears is 6-8 weeks. Because of how much labor goes into each bear, we want to make sure that time id dedicated to the creation of your bear.
*This does not include the time it takes to receive items from customer.
**All shipping times are estimated. Please be aware that these times are just estimates and if the production is taking longer than expected you will be notified.
Refund and Return Policy
If your item arrives damaged please reach out to Info@mandabearcreations.com within 72 hours of receiving your item, and we will work to make that right, whether that means a repair, full refund, or a replacement.

​If your pearl falls off your jewelry within 14 days, you must immediately contact us via email with a picture and we will then provide you with a return shipping label. You can then choose a refund or repair. No exceptions to any of these terms.

Returns are not excepted as each jewelry piece is customized by not only us, but you, as you pick the pearl you want on your jewelry. We cannot refund any oyster opening. However if you feel there is an exception, please email us at info@mandabearcreations.com and we are happy to hear about your situation!

Every Custom Handmade MandaBear is made with your personal loved ones items. We will work directly with you to fully meet your expectation for each bear. Because each one is custom made to order, we cannot refund or exchange MandaBears.
